Good Morning magic makers!! I had an amazing meditation this weekend and I wanted to inquire about your own meditation practice!
One of my resolutions this year was to develop and maintain a meditation practice for myself. It was something that I struggled to initiate in my solo practice—so when my girlfriend Jen invited me to a free group meditation session at our local library, I was excited & nervous.
After my first 1 hour session, I could immediately feel the benefits and couldn’t wait to recreate the experience at home. Ever since, I have found that using a guided meditation is my most effective and preferred method. I have created playlists on both YouTube and Spotify of some of my favorite sounds & meditations.
So that leads me to today’s question:
What does your meditation practice look like? Do you have any goals associated with your meditation practice?
